Cancellations and Refunds

Private Lessons

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled lesson are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson are not eligible for a refund.

Live Performances

Deposits or retainers paid to reserve a performance date are non-refundable, except in the event that Alex Smith Music Services must cancel the performance.
Refunds for cancellations by the client will follow the terms outlined in the individual performance agreement or contract.

Instrument Repairs

If you are unsatisfied with a repair service, please contact us within 7 days of completion.
Refunds or service adjustments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at the discretion of Alex Smith Music Services.
